With OneNote there’s no need to swap between panes all open at the same time. It saves you getting side-tracked too, one quick look for that email can lead you off to check the ones which have just flown into your in box and before you know where you are, you are answering another 10 and not sending off the urgent quote as promised.

OneNote makes it so simple to store pages and part-pages from the internet. There’s no need to highlight, copy and paste and then save into a suitable format. Just hover over the text and images you want to keep and with a click of the mouse it’s saved into your file – it really is that easy.

OneNote is great for personal organisation too. Remember that emailed confirmation of your train tickets you printed off and then left in your in-tray? With OneNote you can access the confirmation from your mobile phone, saving you time, paper and frustration too. Its not just emails you can access, all the files in OneNote can be accessed on your mobile or via Wi-Fi on your PC if you’re working away from the office.
