Initially we will contact you to conduct a short pre-survey questionnaire, just 10 questions, so that we can tailor the review to your system.

What to expect from your free network review
A discussion with your IT manager for 10-15 minutes by our engineer, at this stage a map of your site would also be useful.
A brief assessment of your site to establish any problems, number and type of servers and system in place.
A quick tour of your site with testing to establish signal strengths and noise levels. We will also check the number of RJ45 sockets during this tour.
By using APs and survey software the RF coverage on your site will be mapped to enable our engineer to provide a workable solution. for you entire wireless network.
During this survey outer buildings can also be included to establish bridge links and outdoor access.
We will ensure our engineer arrives with laptop, survey software and access points needed.
After the survey
You will be presented with an analysis of any solutions needed to improve your network, including highlighting any weaknesses and possible future issues to be aware of.
The recommendations will be based around discussions with key IT personnel around the site as well as our on site survey.
The solution will include full details of the number of devices needed and their locations and the benefits of using the upgrades.
THe Netgear engineer has over 10 years experience working with major network vendors.
Your full survey results will be avaiable to you within seven days of our visit.
