They gave us a free demonstration and implemented the system for us seamlessly last July. We’ve now been using the electronic filing system for all our company documents for the past 9 months and its worked extremely well. We are able now to access a clients order in a matter of seconds from any PC in the building with access. Documents are all filed in the same uniform way to ensure no paperwork is lost. We handle masses of paperwork on a daily basis and we no longer have to manually key in the information from our Delivery notes for example, so not only does it keep all our files where we can access them instantly it speeds up our productivity too without the need for more staff. We’ve also found our customers have great confidence in our services as at any given time we can access the information referring to their order electronically and tell them what’s happening with it whilst they are still on the phone rather than go and look, make a phone call and then call them back. Finally all businesses have to protect themselves from potential threats, whether its security, floods or fires – with all our paperwork stored on PC and backed up we can also sleep more soundly too!
