React Computer Partnership specialise in supplying and supporting IT systems. We hold a Microsoft Mid-Market Solution competency and are a Microsoft Small Business Specialist. We are also accredited partners of Fujitsu, HP, Netgear and Zyxel. This means we have invested time to train our staff to achieve these accreditations. This allows us to supply and support a wide range of products and provides access to their support teams should this be needed. We have a total of five support staff who are able to provide both remote and onsite support services. Part of the React Computer Partnership philosophy is to understand our client’s business and processes. We are then able to offer relevant advice on how their IT systems can be improved and on new technologies that will provide additional benefits to the organisation.
As Microsoft Partners we have to adhere to strict guidelines set out by Microsoft including;
Employing at least two MCP’s (Microsoft Certified Professionals) within our organisation which includes one who has passed the stringent Microsoft Licensing Overview Assessment. We also have to employ someone who has passed the Sales and Marketing Competency Assessment and provide Microsoft with at least three verifiable React customer references.
For the last two years we have been finalists in the East Anglian Daily Times Business Awards for the Outstanding Customer Service category plus the Small Business of the Year 2011. This we feel is a further sign of our commitment to our customers.
